The stay was absolutely fun. the hotel was nicely decorated and neat with astonishing views of the mountains. the personnel was responsive as expected. We greatly enjoyed the lots of tasty food at a good restaurant for dinner. the location was quiet and best possible in the relaxing area.

the room itself was good-sized and well-stocked here with terrace and a gorgeous 360 degrees panoramic view, as for instance. the staff seemed very amiable.

We had a very good stay for our Bran Castle visit.
We appreciated it. The hotel was neat and the location was peaceful in a castle in the middle of the mountains. The staff was helpful and top-class and everything was nice. Views of the mountains were panoramic, the room was good sized and fancy. Good choice of food for breakfast, it was TASTY.

Overall it is a good hotel, although with some faults.the suite was spacious and with access to a small covered terrace in the attic.the reception staff was nice, although their indications for us to find a restaurant (the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays) were very imprecise.the views are pleasant, something relatively simple if we consider the beauty of the surroundings.
elevator only goes up to the restaurant on the 1st floor. other two floors you carry your bags up the stairs. restaurant was closed for Mondays. You have to take the car in search of an open one, bathroom, although it is wide, looks old, heating at night is inhumane and difficult to regulate, although the breakfast buffet is not bad for the average in Romania, is somewhat unattended. In almost an hour that we were in the dining room, they only showed up once through the door... the tablecloth on our table was very stained. atmosphere of the hotel is achieved by the beauty of the building (more inside than outside), decoration can be improved.

what i liked most is the location of the hotel and the view at the mountains, room was fairly comfortable ,
the staff were very arrogant, kept repeating sorry it's my fault, tried to fool me during check out, no lift and the stairs were very steep,,breakfast was awful, no lunch services and we had to look for another restaurant outside, room is small and no coffee pot ,room design and arrangement of fixtures can be improved, we faced a problem with th einternet in the room.

Only interior
The meaning of Spa definition is unusual : it includes only treatment cabins based on special booking and it is very expencive. If there are less that 15 guests in the hotel; the brecfast bufet is not existing. All public aries where not enough elliminated. The lift is going only to the first flour but the living rooms are located at the third and second flours. The restorant menu is very pour and the meal was prepared "years ago ".

A unique hotel set in beautiful countryside. The style of the hotel gives it a "special" persona, ideal for wedding receptions, special events or romantic weekend. I visited in the summertime, it must be spectacular in the winter.
The hotel was not well signposted from the main road which made it difficult to find.

Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it is comfortable modern and tidy, has peaceful and unbeatable location in a very secluded area. I got a good-sized and stocked room with a safe box, a mini bar and central heating. The staff was really helpful and provided good service. The vibe here was quiet.
